1. Credit card details must be provided when making a reservation in order to secure the booking and availability can’t be guaranteed until a booking is paid and confirmed. Late cancellations incur fee (minimum charge $80).
2. A no contact with customer (No Show) will result in the full amount of the journey being charged. If you cannot contact the driver at the airport then please call Asim on 0433 112 910
3. All prices attract a 10% GST (Goods and Services Tax).
4. A $10.00 parking fee applies from the domestic terminal for airport pick up.
5. A $15.00 fee applies for pick-ups from the international terminal.
6. A Surcharge applies for pick-ups between 22:30 and midnight and 04:30 to 5:00am (extra $15)
A Surcharge applies between Midnight and 04:00 (extra $40)
7. Any diversions from a direct transfer will result in an additional charge.
8. A $15.00 fee per baby seat, booster and/or capsule applies.
9. Different prices apply for large special events/days such as AFL Grand Final, Grand Prix, Spring Racing Carnival (Caulfield Cup; Cox Plate; Darby Day; Melbourne Cup; Lady’s Day…). Please ask for a quote.
10. We allow 15 minutes grace for pickups from fixed addresses (office; home; hotel; restaurant etc.). Waiting time after will be charged at $1.00 per minute ($2 per minute 11:00pm – 5:00am and weekends).
11. All prices quoted are for a 4 door sedan vehicle which can seat up to 4 people. If you require another vehicle type, such as a People Mover, an extra 50% surcharge applies.
12. Prices shown include Citylink and East Link tolls.
13. Passengers are responsible for any damage or soiling past reasonable point they cause to the interior and or exterior of the car whilst on hire to them, and will be charged accordingly for any cleaning, detailing, repairs and time off the road in order to restore the car back to its pre-hire condition.
14. We reserve the right to change, update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
